Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Training

What is DEI Training?

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Training helps employees better understand and appreciate everyone’s differences, and helps each individual improve their behavior to be more inclusive to others.

Our Approach

Our trainings center on intersectional awareness, especially anti-racism and anti-ableism.

Training attendees will learn about the diverse identities and orientations that make up our community and the obstacles they face, learn inclusive language and how to be a better ally, and develop a better understanding of privilege and bias.
